Board a Nile Cruise and sail to the town of Dendara. Here you will get to visit the Temple of Hathor, whose Hypostyle Hall houses the famous astronomical ceiling. An open buffet lunch will be served on board, as well as afternoon tea, on the sail back to Luxor.
This day starts off with a trip to Abydos, an Ancient Egyptian pilgrimage site, cult centre of the god Osiris. Its superbly carved Temple of Seti I houses some of the best preserved reliefs among the ruins of Abydos, while the walls of the Temple of Ramses II record the famous battle of Qadesh. After taking in the temples of Abydos you will be driven to Dendara to explore the Temple of Hathor.

You will be transferred by motor boat to the West Bank for a stunning 35 – 50 minute balloon ride over the West & East Bank Temples (depending on wind speed and direction).

You will be given a guided tour inside the Pyramids area including The Great Pyramids of Cheops and Chephran. After lunch, which is served in local restaurant overlooking the Pyramids, you will get to visit an art craft factory, be given a guided tour of the Citadel and take a trip to Khan el Khalili, the famous Cairo bazaar.
Day one takes in the Pyramids, the Sphinx of Giza and Valley Temple. Optional activities in the evening include a Nile dinner cruise or a sound & light show. Day two starts off with a visit to the Egyptian museum followed by a visit to an art craft factory with a presentation of ancient techniques on the making of papyrus, perfume and jewellery. After lunch you will be given a guided tour inside the Citadel followed by a trip to Khan el Khalili, the famous Cairo bazaar.
